This paper follows from our previous work which showed an increase in IL-10 expressing CD4+ T cells following anti-TNF therapy in vitro and in vivo. We used RNASeq and ATACseq to identify a putative transcriptional network consisting of MAF, PRDM1 and/or EOMES that may drive this
