This is the reason I made the post to begin with, to confirm a belief of mine as of late. It doesn't exactly have a solution, no matter how many we shout, but we can shout for better outcomes. Plus some extra thoughts of it all in the thread:.
The replies illustrate essentially what I'm trying to say;.β¨ There Is No Community Consensus β¨. Far from it. The ideal 'direction' for the game is different for EVERYONE, which is key to consider when asking "Why arent we being listened to?", because who is 'we'? And of what?.

And I do think there are times that certain things/feedback feel neglected or improperly addressed, bafflingly so. But what I mean is specifically the "We, the community, are not being heard!", which- doesn't really work. What you mean is "I'm not heard", which is a valid concern.

Some people want a content freeze, some people want a content spree. Some people want more tales & lore, others find them a waste. Some people want more PvP content, others are upset at how much PvP content gets added. Some think there's not enough cosmetics, some think too many.

The community is VASTLY diverse in opinions, so who should be listened to? By doing anything for anyone you leave the rest neglected, even if briefly. There isn't exactly a happy solution to that. People will (and have) always see any development as neglect of other feedback.

Something I want to know, pirates;.What (in your opinion) is THE thing that is needed to "Save The Game". Something that isn't being done, or seemingly ignored, that would be the game's saving grace. #SeaOfThieves
