Every day there’s a new “niche reveal” on X. Reminder: timing is everything. You don’t need to be first. You don’t even need to be second. You can revive “dead” niches with a proven format Avoid being 1. the last one in after it’s milked dry 2. the very first with no clue

You’d be surprised how many YouTube channels are silently printing as part of huge backend networks. this guy is doing $300k/month and 90% comes from affiliates ad revenue is the most mainstream and publicly taught way to make money on YouTube, but it’s only one layer If you

a whole billionaire being fooled by a low quality deepfake If this is what passes as potentially real, YouTube has no chance of spotting the good ones

This is one of the best explanations of what is going in America right now, why @ZohranKMamdani won in NYC, and what the risks are for our country and the world. @elonmusk is the spokesperson. He is brilliant, incredibly articulate , and spot on. What makes this video even

1st month of Q4 done, cleared $150k, including sponsors lost a $30k/month channel to a random termination and $30-50k rev to false copyright strikes, part of the game though Halfway to my $300k/month goal this Q4 Some game I learned: the only real way to counter terminations

Monetized this channel purely through collaborations. It’s honestly a cheat code if most of your views come from suggested videos. The real advantage is using it as a ghost or backup channel, so if your main ever gets hit with strikes or terminations, you’re still generating

Reaching the next stage of your business journey doesn’t always mean putting in more hours. Sometimes, it actually means putting in less. There’s a time to be in the trenches, micromanaging every problem and a time to delegate and oversee the entire system. It’s one of those

To add to this Most high-rev channels only last a few months before they naturally fall off. You’ve got to keep launching new ones just to keep your overall revenue stable. Building a solid team structure is tough too, management and head roles are hard to maintain when income

Few harsh downsides about faceless YouTube that no one tells you. - it's more often than not - NOT free and cheap to start i do think on average people spend about $1000-$2000 if not more before ever getting views. - at higher revenue numbers it becomes increasingly difficult

Another one of my channels just broke out in one of the toughest niches on YouTube. Consistency always pays off.

If I were to place my bets on the next wave of $100K/month YouTube channels, I’d choose the evolution of AI Stories. Act Accordingly.

Just found a channel integrate AI video scenes into a storytelling format in one of the most competitive niches on YouTube. Already printing $1k days. With AI, don’t overthink creating a whole new niche. Think about how to integrate it and create a new style or format within

There’s definitely some course out there on “how to lie to your employer” Last week my scriptwriter had a car crash, broke her leg, and was fine 3 days later. My editor fell down the stairs and is “sick from weather changes.” You can’t make this shit up.

You’ll quit way too early if you don’t understand asymmetry in this YouTube game. You have to look at your growth from a month-to-month perspective, not day-to-day. The work you put in today will most likely pay off 2–3 months from now. Earlier this year, I was cruising at

You can’t outsource from the jump in this YouTube game. You need a general understanding of each step in the process, or you’ll just get charged unfair rates that cut your margins significantly. Once you understand the full workflow, start delegating the lowest ROI tasks first
