Minh about to start hitting $1k days - he joined the coaching 6 weeks ago, never ran AI channels before. Absolute legend. One of the hardest workers out there.

@felikYTB @dejvnemec @minh_1000 * Don't take this the wrong way - I monetized channels in 9 days and I've also had to wait 2 months to monetize a channel that then started printing $1k days - just sharing this for inspiration, success can happen quickly if you choose the right niches + have elite systems.

Good day to be running AI channels: @felikYTB monetized his first channel in 14 days @dejvnemec monetized his first channel in 15 days @minh_1000 monetized his 2nd channel in 28 days Proud of my 1-1 students but they know it's just the beginning. Time to scale.

@minh_1000 Here's another @minh_1000's channel, same system - once you learn how to ACTUALLY run AI channels, the game shifts. Possibly open to take 2 more people for 1-1 coaching + licensing before I close it again - DM me. Only message me if you're willing to work extremely hard.

I gave @minh_1000 this niche, the prompts, the entire system that made me $600k+ with AI content. 24 days later he's doing $250/day on this new channel + will soon monetize 2 more in an adjacent niche. (we're also starting 20-30 more channels in a super untapped market rn)

if that's you, what is actually your biggest bottleneck? curious. I was there 2 years ago - $12-$30k months but nothing exceptional - biggest unlock for me was going for actually great niches + building AI systems that are easily outsourcable to inexpensive VAs

The amount of people I see stuck making $4-$15k/month with faceless yt and not being able to scale to $50k+/month is shocking. Most often this is the issue: - Not knowing which niches to actually go after - Being terrible at outsourcing - Not scaling with VAs

$15 invested -> $22,642 made. High RPMs are an absolute life hack.

Minh will get to $30-50k/m within the next 100 days. He’s been an exceptional student - I gave him all my “secrets” & systems and he applied flawlessly. Taking people who are ACTUAL hard workers & helping them unlock their potential is my new favorite hobby.
I joined @jansousek1's 1-1 coaching program 4 weeks ago and have seen awesome results in a pretty competitive AI niche. He has an entire system down for AI channels which is 90% of why I'm able to get this kind of results this fast. Now it's time to scale this to the moon and

It's never been easier to get to $10k-$30k/month on youtube. If you truly obsess over yt for 3 months - I can't see a way you could fail. *Coming from someone who has a very solid overview of the entire market.

2020-2025 yt automation was all about copying and just doing it better. 2026 onwards will be a lot more about (calculated) innovation.

For people who sold good channels in the $200k-$500k range recently - where did the buyer come from?

And another one. Having students like Addison who actually apply and work hard is a blessing. If you genuinely believe you have what it takes, and are a hard worker (+ got $$ to invest into developing your skills) - you can DM me - will open 1-2 more spots for serious people.

$20 invested -> $11,776 made. That's a 58,780% ROI for my 1-1 coaching student @AddisonYTA on a single video. He did this in one of the most competitive AI niches - This is what happens when you combine @AddisonYTA level of ideation obsession & my $600k AI prompts.

those who tried the new collab feature, how are your results? I have a channel doing $70k/m and just monetized 2 more in the same niche, do I push them via collabs? Has it been working for you?

I started my first channel just 2 months ago. Today I monetized my 4th one, and this month I’ll make my first $10K online. All the knowledge I have, I learned from @jansousek1

Most big players don't experiment in Q4 - they just milk the niches that already work for them. In my experience Q4 is one of the best times to launch new channels. The channels I launched last Q4 made over $900k in revenue since.

also - this is a super "saturated" niche - you can literally just break through saturation with: - better ideas - better scripts (prompts) - better thumbnails (prompts/tools)

Another AI channel about to get monetized after just 8 uploads (mine, not students) Goal is to add another $40k/month with this one niche across a few channels by November. Then need to launch about 20 branded AI channels in the next 1-2 weeks as well - right in time for Q4.
