Ways of Working is highly contextual. Whatever you've seen that worked well, may not work elsewhere. If you have however seen something elsewhere that DIDN'T work, bring that experience with you. It probably won't be a good idea anywhere else either.

We create process to document the best way of doing things. But when we get stressed out or too busy, the first thing to go is process. Surely we want to work in the most effective way when workload increases? Is our process not the best way after all? 🤔
