Ughhh the debates on hitting mechanics is so tired.... Most important body part for hitting is your..... eyes If you see it in the zone you'll hit it as your hands/bat automatically fires where the eyes look... can't hit line drives or HRs unless you get to contact 1st...

Before Coach Nail’s South Stokes stint, I had the pleasure of being Coach Nail’ s assistant at North Surry. He was compassionate about learning and teaching the game of baseball. Very high character person that plays the game the right way. congrats @ReaganRaider @RRHSAthletics
I followed Coach Nail at South Stokes after he’d won 3 state championships in a row. That was some big shoes, but he was unbelievably helpful and accommodating to a 23 year old new head coach. Super baseball guy, better person!
