after 2 weeks off the mound due to injury, i changed up my motion a bit and it helped a ton. minor pain in the elbow but hardly what it usually is and i honestly had a great throwing session. proud of it

if you ever have the chance to buy a $500 inflatable hot tub, do it. i got mine for about $430 in july and it’s been one of my best purchases. shit goes up to 104 and imo more comfortable than a normal hot tub
