Only way I get behind a 50-year mortgage is if we fix the amortization scam. Every single month should be 50/50 interest and principal. No more front loading. A seriously populist plan. 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

Let’s take this to its logical conclusion: if you send your kid to a high-performing public school in a wealthy suburb, you are a bad person. 🤦🏻‍♂️

And occasionally, only occasionally, you come across a masterpiece of composition made all the more so by its modest premise and slow-roll reveal. Here @tylrparkr has created a staggering exemplar. https://t.co/OtlDmKCLCy

“This is the most exciting day of me life” 🥹 We asked 89-year-old Newcastle United fan, Janet, to be the first to welcome Aaron Ramsdale to the club when he signed in August. They were united at the training ground following Aaron’s full debut in the Carabao Cup 🫶

ESPN's Mike Farrell produced and directed this amazing piece for our ESPN Triple Header tonight. A brilliant idea and flawless execution. There is nothing like hockey. Find a quiet spot and watch this. Stay present. Stay grateful. Keep doing hard things. Game 1 is here. 🫶🏻❤️

Combining the city with the country is a walk in Central Park and streets with trees so tall they touch in the middle. The reason American cities are ugly, loud, polluted, boring and dangerous is because we’ve made the 3-ton car—not the person—the center of our civilization.

Liverpool’s spending this summer has been fascinating, and it speaks to a strategic change from Fenway Sports Group, the timing of which bears considering. For the entirety of the time that FSG has owned Liverpool they’ve run a very carefully balanced transfer budget. Obviously
