going to start running meta ads for my apartment locator newsletter advertiser. her profit per closed deal is $1,500 and that's not including people coming back the next time they want to move. and her service is free for clients. want to test how cheap i can get her leads.

launched 14th local newsletter yesterday. 13cents per subscriber. second one with same partner, in upper middle class suburban area in a very wealthy state. should allow us longer term to sell ads to the big regional businesses when we cover so much of the area
