Thanks to the enthusiastic involvement of the Provost Linda Doyle and the wonderful Theo committee, this was made possible in March 2023. The photo is taken at the same location as the original however it demonstrates how the Theo in 2023 is now a space where everyone is welcome.

In consultation with our President, Prof. Siobhán Garrigan, it was decided that a recreation would take place that reflected the dedication of the Theo to diversity and inclusivity in its membership and theology.

She was contacted by Prof. Patrick Wyse Jackson from the Department of Geology who had uncovered this remarkable piece of history which represented a time in society where the Theo was associated with a narrow group of one religion and one gender.

In the Summer of 2022, our Auditor, Sheila was lucky to enough to discover a historical committee photograph of the Theo with the Provost, George Salmon taken at the turn of the century. (1/4)

Congratulations to the Auditors of the Theo and @TheHist, Sheila and Séb who both received the Trinity Legacy Award for Volunteering. We are so proud of the GMB Societies for all they have done this year to make the campus a space of belonging for students.

On the 15th of March, the Theo won in the 'Most Improved' category at the CSC Society of the Year awards! It was a wonderful and memorable evening for our Society. Thank you to all our members for a fantastic year.

To be eligible for a position, you must have attended a minimum of three meetings over the year. Any officership requires an on-campus presence. As previously notified in email, all officership nominations must be received at least four weeks in advance.

It's that time of the year again! Thank you so much to our committee for their hard work and dedication over the past year. Our AGM will be on the 24th of April at 6:30pm in the GMB Chamber. We look forward to seeing you there!
