Trump looks weak and has completely lost his marbles by claiming the US has taken in $4 trillion in tariffs. This is an insane exaggeration. The fact is, tariffs have jacked up prices while harming demand, corporate earnings and jobs. He’s flailing.

Economist Stephen Moore claims BLS overestimated Biden job numbers by 1.5M. Unfortunately, he commits numerous errors. Over Biden's 4 yrs, the BLS initially underestimated jobs by 700k from the initial monthly estimate compare to the most recent benchmark.

First cut at Q3 2012 GDP (Oct 26): 2.0%.Second cut (Nov 29): 2.7%.Third and final cut (Dec 20): 3.1%. So, no, it wasn't a blockbuster to begin with and again, no, it was not "revised away." It was revised higher. And Hassett is, as ever, a hack.
