TAMU Press is proud to have published the first-ever comprehensive look at Texas artist David Adickes earlier this year: Monumental: The Art of David Adickes by Michael H. Henderson and Melissa L. Mednicov with photos by Rebecca Finley. RIP David Adickes.
The artist, who died Sunday, put his stamp on the city with his giant, eye-popping sculptures of Sam Houston, The Beatles, presidents and more.
