People have been very critical of Lisalo but I like his schemes both offensively and defensively. Held his star player accountable. They always seem organized and tough. I like him so far and I like the Grizzlies core.

Doc is in my bottom tier in my NBA coaches rankings but the difference between him and his staff and the Mavs staff is night and day. Like if you traded Doc and Kidd we would look way better. Have at least 3 more wins. Wouldn't be looking retarded on offense
