After the draft, I talked with Nique Clifford's college coach at Colorado State, Ali Farokhmanesh, about Nique's ability to handle the point guard position:
A backup point guard note: Expect Nique Clifford to get some opportunity at the point this summer. There is belief within the Kings organization that Clifford can handle the backup spot and could compete for it as a rookie.

Everyone in Sac is excited to see Nique Clifford & Maxime Raynaud in action, but I'm super curious about Devin Carter. He has an opportunity to be THE GUY on this Summer League team, and I want to see the improvement from some offseason work.

Keep seeing this argument, and it makes me laugh. Kuminga not fitting the Warriors' timeline is their problem, not the Kings'. Team circumstances impact player value. The Kings are not going to double help the Warriors by giving them a talent that "fits their timeline" while.
@MattGeorgeSAC You aren’t making any sense Matt. He doesn’t fit our timeline because he’s a young raw player. He fits plenty of timelines, including Sacramento. One of those teams will buy him for a fair market price. I don’t understand the pride you guys are taking in not being one of them.

Dear Warrior fans,. I know exactly why the Warriors would want Keegan and how much better he'd fit in their system. Now, ask yourself, why would the Kings ever willingly provide that for Golden State in exchange for the right to pay a player that the Warriors don't seem to.
