Today we're heading out at a reasonable time 😂 Off to @scottishprisons HMP Stirling for their table top exercise for drug related emergencies. Cracking bunch of staff I trained a few weeks back. Gr8 to have input from NRRD & divisional colleagues (experts of care) 👌

What a shift. Cracking day 😍. Never been to Peterhead. It's lovely. The drive up was beautiful in the ☀️ Never been to HMP Grampian. They're lovely. Looking forward to a return visit. Longest day ever 😴 but it's been amazeballs 🙌 #PartnershipWorking.

I better get to bed soon I'm out the door at 0345hrs tmrw for a shift training in @scottishprisons HMP Grampian, cheeky wee 4hr drive there and back. No I didn't opt to stay over (in or out the jail🤣) cos I struggle to sleep in strange places. A long day but it's gonna be 👌
