Sorting through stuff from mums house 🥹 Who knew I had sport in me 🤣🤣 If I remember correctly the mini marathon was minier than it should have been cos we skipped a lap of the Battery Park (I tried 🤷🏼♀️🤣)

Busy week so far. 2 days interviewing #HarmReduction candidates for Health Improvement HMP Barlinnie. Today a great harm reduction session with the ladies in the care of HMP Stirling. I even weighed out my 1g Playdough 'drug' deals before I went 🤭 @scottishprisons

There were 1,185 alcohol-specific deaths registered in 2024, 92 (7%) fewer than in 2023. It is the lowest annual figure since 2019 but not good enough. Families are devastated 😢 #alcoholDeaths
