Interesting data from @ResusCouncilUK separating participant demographic and outcomes on an ALS course. Student outcomes are greater than nurses, paramedics, ODP’s and ACPs. Perhaps regular sim prepares them better? 🤔@UEA_Paramedic @KBotsfordSmith @HelenH_Para @CarlSmithCoP

#RUCKID24 The 4-Stage approach is gone from @ResusCouncilUK courses. Instead an ‘Teach it’ ‘Facilitate it’ and ‘Assess it’ approach will be advocated. Skills will still be taught separately and integrated into sims @CarlSmithCoP @KBotsfordSmith @LukeAndreou

We were delighted to welcome 15 Paramedics from @EastEnglandAmb to our base for their first Resuscitation Council Paed ILS course where they had the opportunity to practice a variety of medical emergencies. The standard of staff who attended was exemplary and a credit to EEAST!
