Speaking at the Parkinson's UK Lewes Group this morning, the topic of tremor-related spillage arose. This handy anti-spill cup/insert reduces wave formation. Unlike lidded cups it doesn't interfere with the swallow. For more info see my blog

6 hours of online Expiratory Muscle Strength Training today instead of being out in the 🌞! Totally worth it though! I can now use this evidence-based therapy to improve several existing clients' swallowing and many more in the future! #EMST.
