Experiencing awful customer service from @VignetteHotels in relation to an upcoming reservation I need to cancel due to a family emergency? No empathy for the reservations team & no call back from the reservations manager. Marketing as luxury but not providing a luxury service!

First complaint ever about @marksandspencer Christmas food orders. One of my online only items was missing items even though I received an email saying my whole order was ready yesterday! Hats off to Zoe at St John’s Road, Clapham, who went out of her way to get me replacements!

So @Deliveroo @DeliverooHelp you have forgotten that you are no longer the only service in this market and treating your customer with a ‘computer says no’ attitude will drive customer aware. By far the worst customer service and dispute resolution I have ever experienced.

Pretty sure you will make a lot more money from a happy me in the future than the approx £18 I am asking to be refunded for a job poorly done by yourselves! @Deliveroo @DeliverooHelp If that is not clear then your blinkered attitude to dispute resolution really needs reviewing!

@DeliverooHelp @Deliveroo I suspect you would be expecting either a fresh Steak and Chips to be brought to you with a gesture of goodwill on the bill as the meal experience is compromised or you would be expecting a full refund of the Steak and Chips.

Please tell me @Deliveroo @DeliverooHelp if you can grasp the concept that a missing burger from a burger meal is not the same as a missing side and that simply refunding the value of the burger does not make good the meal experience?

I will keep going about my appealing experience! @Deliveroo @DeliverooHelp Can you please explain to me whether it’s easy or not to understand that burger meals without the burgers are not meals and that refunding just the burgers is an inconvenience!

So @Deliveroo @DeliverooHelp following my message yesterday evening about missing burgers from my burger meal order from @pattyandbunjoe. Could you please explain how an initial app refund of £2.40 from a £58 order makes sense when 3 burgers (the bulk of the order) was missing!

So @Gatwick_Airport, supposedly the UK’s second largest airport cannot have a ground crew ready to disembark a late inbound flight. We have been stuck on the plane for over 30 minutes waiting to disembark!
