Henceforth, I will never accuse Dwarka Expressway investors of lower IQs but that wouldn't stop me from flying-their-fun about poor ROI. ROI and IQ seems to have no coupling as this paper suggests. However imagining DEW as the best place to live 2029 is truly the hallmark of.
BTW the IQ argument is pretty much shut.

Fun Fact- 20 years back new flats in vicinity used to quote at 25L (+ registration cost etc). .
