We use AI-Agents to generate notes which are reviewed/edited by service tech/advisors before publishing. This helps to have very clear notes covering issues stated by the customer, what was found and how it is resolved. More work happening to improve this every day.
@minusYCore Nope! They appear to be using more automations for service, I suspect even the repair notes were either generated or templated. Perhaps that was automated from the other errors that appeared

Tesla Service’s new AI Agent detects comms delays, monitors sentiment, & auto-escalates to leaders. Starts tomorrow at 10 pilot locations. In 2 weeks, type “Escalate” in ‘message center’ to reach managers. Guardrails in place to prevent abuse. We’ll keep improving!
