ClassWallet was once again awarded the contract to continue to administer Arizona's ESA program, despite a huge number of financial irregularities and a history of data insecurity.

Arizona's #ESA families are ending the week of June 2nd still waiting for renewal contracts that were due May 1st. @azedschools quickly canceled those contracts they did send out this week citing miscalculations. Many families are in the dark with zero communication from ADE.

Why does ESA Director, @ArizonaCatholic continue to ignore #ESA program rules created by the State Board of Education. I thought she wanted to put the program in line with the law? The law says the SBE creates the rules for administration.

Just over here wondering when @azedschools will start following State Board of Ed rules. Friday's email to #ESA parents said a new handbook draft was created. It's not posted on ADE website nor distributed to parents as required by SBE rules. When will ADE start serving parents?

@azfec It would be amazing if you all would cover the incredible amount of feedback from current ESA families - more than the entire last four years combined, about current challenges, changes, and concerns over the program. All of the 600+ pages of parent comments are public. 🥰
