Our @HuntMidwest facilities team hosted a tour of SubTropolis this month for @FOCTC HVAC students. The team explained their unique solutions underground and the intense preventative maintenance schedule that helps them keep hundreds of HVAC units in tip-top shape for our tenants.

Did you know KC is a major hub for the @USNatArchives? Yesterday @AOTUS11_Shogan visited @SubTropolis and two other local NARA facilities that maintain 770 million records with room to expand to 13 billion. That makes KC the third largest hub of national records in the country!
I visited our @USNatArchives @SubTropolis facility today, one of three massive underground storage facilities we maintain in the Kansas City area. I enjoyed visiting with our Federal Records Center and archival staff and seeing how they work in the cavern

Check out this exciting milestone in our NE 48th Street extension project at Hunt Midwest Business Center, where this road will pave the way for a new north entrance to @SubTropolis and almost 2 million new square feet of industrial space on the surface.
