Many headlines tonight about Girlguiding’s trans policy omit a significant safeguarding detail. The policy allowed men who identify as women to become Guide leaders. Women who asked questions were reported to the police @andrewdoyle_com discussed this on @GBNEWS in 2022

Watching @ScotlandNT v Greece live on coonsil telly & it's so typically Scotland. A must-win game & our best player by a mile's our 42 y.o. goalie. A game of 2 halves? The 1st half has been awful & then we hit the bar & nearly score.

Smashing first visit to the inside of Crookston Castle today after walking up the hill lots to see & pass it. Built in 1400 & Glasgow's last remaining castle it's still full of amazing features & views inside & out from top to bottom

Saw these hardbacks in the Dumfries @oxfamgb shop yesterday & couldn't resist, in good nick & a good buy to a good cause for £24.95. Remember reading a couple ages ago but a great thing about @StephenKing books is they always welcome me back in like an old pal. Great storyteller.
