Immensely proud to not only complete my first day as a Flying Display Director at #RIAT2024 but also to plan and coordinate this special #NATO flypast. It started with 18 aircraft from 18 nations, we got 13 over the show today. Great teamwork all round. @NATO @airtattoo.

The most incredible story that constantly inspired me whilst training for my first @IRONMANtri, I watched their videos on repeat. If Team Hoyt could finish then I sure as hell could. Such an inspiring pair.
We are saddened to hear one of our legends and friends, Rick Hoyt, has passed away. It is a loss for the entire triathlon and running community, but we are comforted by knowing Team Hoyt is together once again.

Absolutely gutted to have to abort from the hold. We'd made it into formation with the Phenom but that was to be all we could achieve. The right decision but hard to take. Good work by the RW contingent to get something over the top. Here's what you could have won. .

Surprisingly decent weather for Dec, so a quick outing up Snowdon was in order. A bit fresh at the top but definitely burnt off enough calories to justify boozing tonight!
