If you need a 3D animator please check this out. I worked w Jordan directly on my earliest game projects and it was a breeze to iterate on game feel with him. Jordan could accommodate frame-timing & metric adjustments easily. Highly recommend!

Some people prefer working in an office. That's ok, they should have that option. But forcing RTO discards empirical data. Investors should be pressuring companies to allow remote work to stay competitive & drive productivity, quite simply it's leaving money on the table.

We do not have to go to The Business Place to Get On The Computer anymore. Pandemic proved it. All data points to productivity and talent acquisition/retention being much stronger when you allow fully remote work. If you force RTO, you are announcing you hate productivity.
Microsoft said many employees must soon work three days a week from an office.
