Does the practice of Hatha yoga benefit executive control? EEG and behavioral measures did not improve participants' ability to rapidly shift between multiple tasks. But, the intervention improved executive control and working memory performance.

Together with collaborators at @UZH_ch, our recent paper mapped the network structure of functional somatic symptoms (FSS). Central symptoms connecting FSS were fatigue and depression and further bridge symptoms were identified. Read it #openaccess .
