We run or walk 5km round the Recreation Ground every Saturday. Mostly clockwise. Meet at Pavilion for a 9am start. It's free...thanks to lovely volunteers!

Practice to @parkrunUK . Do you live in #leamington and want to be coached to run 5K at parkrun? If so we have secured funding for 12 to achieve that goal. Beyond coaching our team of Lifestyle Drs, health coaches and psychiatrists will support you holistically.
