Hi @Dorothy_Perkins I need to send 2 items back. Went on your returns & it’s gone to return on gift card rather than my card. I did this in error & apparently can’t change this now? I’m blind & your website was dreadful to use - please can we discuss this?

First 10K in months today at the Blackburn 10K. Ran it with my husband (and guide) Mike and somehow… I actually enjoyed the undulation. Straight roads are boring anyway 😂 Started & finished inside Ewood Park @Rovers #BlindRunner #GuideRunner #Running #Blind

Does anyone else who’s #blind have a @virginmedia streaming box? It’s so inaccessible! I can no longer get a tv programme on without help. In 2025 this shouldn’t be. What are you going to do @virginmedia to improve accessibility? I’m now paying for something I can’t use!

As someone who is #blind I shouldn’t have to play dodgems with e-scooters just to get out of Lime Street Station. Dumped like this, they’re not just a nuisance, they’re a hazard. We need safer, more accessible streets. #BlindSafety #Liverpool #EScooters #AccessibilityMatters

I’m 48 and #blind. I was so excited about @Meta @ray_ban smart glasses — but they don’t fit. I wear youth-size frames, and these are too big. Accessibility means wearability. Please make smaller sizes so blind users like me can benefit too. #Accessibility #SmartGlasses
