I feel like every time I try to expand somehow whether it be data work, learning a new setup, or trying a new routine, my usual trading always takes a hit, then I have to revert and get that side of things situated, then my expansion work takes a hit and I can’t go max energy

Long biased traders who focus more on risk reward rather than win rate or confirmation will have the worst times in conditions like these because the lower names go, the more appealing the risk reward becomes and then it’s just a “ I need to catch one turn or just one pop”
