As the coach in charge of the Hawkeye Championship, one of the many tasks I had, was to collect all the clipboards of data from the day and rank how the players did. Some of the drills we did this with: - Prowler Push - Sled Sprint - 1 v 1 harness Pull - Pull up max reps - Bench

Record it, Rank it, Award points, Publish it. Thats what we did at Iowa Football from 2013-2018 when I was with the team. They still do this now, and did it before I got there. When I got to Iowa City it was called the Hawkeye Challenge - now it is called the Hawkeye
