Today was a good day. Sarah Ross Geisen - Gold Star sister of CPT Drew Ross - spent the day at USASOC sharing her brother’s legacy for an upcoming episode of “The Wall”. I’ve been lucky to get to know some of the people Drew loved most & have been eager to tell his story.

A couple of months late sharing this - but incredibly proud of what our @USASOCNews team has accomplished recently - including 4 days of live shows from all corners of Fort Bragg covering our Best Squad Competition. Lucky to have the chance to tell the ARSOF story.

Recently, an incredible USASOC coworker left this book for me before he retired… “May you find your next chapter and adjusted purpose as your talents adjust to meet the needs of others,” he wrote. What a kind gesture. And I do hope he’s right ❤️

@StorytellerSBM This was my boss at EUSA G5. One of the best officers I ever served under. She file off my rough edges and turned me into a proper staff NCO. G5 at that time was “semi dip” - we attended all the military diplomatic functions and negotiated all the peacetime SOFA and wartime OPLAN

3 years ago today in Mykolaiv, Ukraine. Ready to tell stories like this again. The details of *how* have yet to be sorted out. I 1st have to decide what I want to be when I grow up - a question I thought I’d know the answer to by now. Cheers to the ones still figuring it out.
