I’m a fan of Moses 2.0, but the packaging for the Lumenis/BSci fibers takes time to unravel. I honestly think I lose time from disentangling the M2.0 fiber vs the Flexiva such that some benefit of OR time is lost.

RCT comparing RIRS vs SWL for renal stones ≤2 cm. Novel here was up to 1 year imaging follow-up (KUB + U/S). RIRS had better SFR at 1 and 6 months, but at 12 mo similar. Complications similar(!). Patients slightly preferred SWL.
