The building hasn't been fumigated since 2002—and even when individuals units are treated, afterwards bugs from untreated neighboring units will just come flooding in

A plague of pests: tenants at the Oaklawn are protesting @VanMetreCo's failure to deal with rampant cockroach, mice, and bedbug infestations. Many are on rent strike against these and other injustices—like a rent hike with no improvements to show for it!

The rain can't keep the Tivoli Gardens TA from organizing! This morning we visited @CafritzFdn's office to ask them to make @ROSSCompanies do their jobs and grant our months-long request for a meeting. We shall see what happens . and we shall persevere!
