We have "thrown" many things at our rent discount estimates and they still are: 1. Large 2. Unequal across races 3. Not progressive. Check our our new version.

It is easy to underestimate how different China’s political history has been from Europe’s. This map shows that large parts of China have been under the control of a Chinese Empire for more than 2000 years, some parts for more than 3000 years. 1/2
