Please read this latest work by Dr Claudia Bruedigam. Claudia evaluated imetelstat, a telomerase inhibitor in a large number of human AML PDX models. This finding is now being tested in clinical trials with @UwePlatzbecker @ALLGtrials @QIMRBerghofer .
