I want LVT on my property so I can add a tax free ten story addition with a dirigible dock at the top just to make Vince jealous.
@UsesTransit @stpguy33 I'm also not an LVT expert but I sorta flinch at it applied to residential. We have enough problems in that sector and I don't think LVT will fix it. Commercial and industrial corridors, have at it.

Now every tree pit between Grand and Kellog is filled with asphalt. The tripping hazard is still there, except now there isn’t even a tree or plant in your visual field. Did MnDOT ask anybody if we wanted to collaborate and plant…something? Even some damn perennial grasses.
