The Battle of Britain Bunker in Uxbridge is the last surviving original Battle of Britain Group Operations Room. It is preserved as September 15 1940, one of the fiercest days of aerial combat of the entire campaign. Winston Churchill was there that day, watching from overhead.

First stop of the day. I do like this memorial and would love to assemble something similar in my garden. Anyone have a spare 6pdr or drop cannister? #Arnhem
