By March 21-24 I expect Pepe to have fallen to such an extent that not only will I not make money I will have lost my initial investment. Because Revolut did not allow me to sell and then took days to look into and sorr out my issue. 5/6

I tweet again, Revolut assure me something will be done and my in-app chat wakes up. I am told that it has been referred to the technical team (on March 16!) and I am to expect an answer any time between March 21-24. 4/6

I tweeted about this and the Revolut team got in touch promising help. I opened another in-app customer care conversation and again was put on “hold” for about 12 hours. Pepe continues to tank. Revolut continues to not allow me to exchange 3/6

Pepe dipped I tried again - same problem. Revolut app refuses to allow me to sell. I contacted the in-app help, was told I would be helped within half an hour. Nine hours later there was no help. Pepe was losing value. 2/6

Crypto and @RevolutApp a thread…. On March 14 I decide to sell the Pepe coin I had bought on Revolut Strangely Revolut would not allow me to sell. There were no restrictions. It was just the confirm exchange button not working I left it for a few hours till next day 1/6
