Chief Judge Dan Greear of the Intermediate Court of Appeals of West Virginia sits by temporary assignment for Justice C. Haley Bunn on one case today, Feb. 1, 2023. This marks the first time that the chief judges of both appellate courts in West Virginia preside in the same case.
