Originally called Gypsy Lane, now called Kingsley Road, Northampton. The little bridge is roughly outside the old Romany pub, the stream runs under the road in a culvert nowadays. A lot of a Romany travellers used to camp in the lane, hence both historical names.

Electric tram, passing the Queens Arms public house, returning from the Kingsley area, Northampton. The pub closed in 1960 and most of the buildings along that section of road were demolished.

The Bantam Cock, it once stood on the outskirts of Northampton town, condemned men were (reputedly) allowed a last drink there, before travelling further along the road to the gallows.
