The Bee Beard. The ultimate show of faith in your hard-working girls. It was loud, ticklish but I didn’t get stung even once, and left with an even greater appreciation of these little things that make the world work. From Secret Life of Bees, on @channel5_tv 22nd May 9pm.

Made the mistake of listening to the Isle of Wight song while exercising. Dropped a weight on my toe due to the snorting (mine).

Spending time here has been a privilege, learning from those who call this incredible place home. This journey is about more than adventure—it’s about the people who make it unforgettable.

Bhutan is like nowhere else on Earth—steeped in tradition, shaped by towering mountains, and home to some of the most welcoming people I’ve ever met. Their deep respect for nature isn’t just a way of life; it’s part of who they are. 🇧🇹💙

Deep in the Himalayas lies Bhutan’s last unexplored river—a place so wild, so remote, that legend says it vanishes off the face of the planet. 🌊🏔️. What will we find? Rapids, waterfalls, or something no one has ever seen before? There’s only one way to find out.
