One of the most critical elements of media relations is knowledge transfer internally. Knowing who was pitched, when, why and the outcome in detail is critical if the contact is transferring hands. If not doing this horrible look for the agency/company.

When it comes to content, there's a direct correlation between performance and the content's proximity to a solution. If you're not actually giving out the solution to the problem you're discussing, you can't expect the content to perform very well.

Trend-jacking framework for insights from clients: "Topic XYZ" Why is this topic timely? AKA why is this something that should be top of mind right now? What's our contribution to the narrative? Is everyone getting this wrong (how)? Is this being under-discussed?

Would anybody find a database of execs that were interested in participating in webinars helpful? Could sort by industry and source whoever you needed to fill out a panel.

@StephenKaraolis I took a lateral move in my career around year six to a PR firm and it was the best decision I made. Within two years, I accelerated my career faster than I would have at my old firm and now old a much higher position at a new employer. It can definitely be worth it.
