#Stees Legacy Mentors have presented their LEAN project today, which began to combat low morale amongst clinical staff. This low morale is often felt more over winter when the pressures on teams are at their greatest. Lots of learning gained through this to inform our next steps.

Here is Jo Knight who has worked at #SouthTees for 37 years, the majority of this time in critical care. Jo retired as matron at the end of 2019 but returned to work during the pandemic and in June of this year began her role as #legacymentor

#stees has been involved with some amazing programmes, which were aimed at reducing vacancies in HCSW roles across the trust. There were many efforts to recruit, educate and develop HCSW’s following COVID. Next week is a celebration of this work and our HCSW’s. #weareHCSW
