Consciousness wants to habituate and become unconscious. It happens to us with everything we do.

@YOHAMI Aahh, this makes sense. Yes, when she was complaining I was looking for "man up"/inward to see what am I doing wrong. In other words, she was giving me a total BS and I was trying to make sense out of it, lol, what a joke ! Instead, I should tell her to stfu or show the door.

Interesting take: How can you win at something, but ultimately lose? Napoleon won the war, his goal was Moscow, took it and then lost everything. War and Peace, Tolstoy

Speaking of classical literature the best book that I'll definitely read again sometime later is The Tale of Hodja Nasreddin: Disturber of the Peace by Leonid Solovyov. It's relatively short, extremely funny, and full of life wisdom. I remember I didn't want to go to sleep; all

I'm reading the last book of War and Peace by Tolstoy - highly recommend it. One of my friends told me that the third book would be boring because there are too many stories from the author. But it's not boring at all. In those parts where Tolstoy explains things, there's wisdom

Ask what not why. Not: why would she lie? But: is she lying Not: why would they stage this? But: what are they doing Not: why would nature be set up like that? But: how is nature set up "Why" is a defense mechanism to not face reality first. "Why" asks your mind, as if your

One of the biggest ideas I learned from @YOHAMI is: “What is the highest WIN?” What is the ultimate, biggest WIN. This has been on my mind for a while because in times of difficulty, ups and downs, we tend to suppress our true WANTS, settle for mediocrity, or even convince

I'm getting annoyed by Polish people who think that every Eastern accent is from Ukraine. Many don't even think, they assume and make some of their conclusions, mostly negative, because these types of people don't think. Of course, not everyone like this, but their number is

How does dropping the BG look like: No reactiveness. No desire to change to be liked. No validation seeking. No external authority to follow. Not a passenger. No resentment. No revenge dreams. No procrastination. No subordination. No forcing yourself into things. No

@YOHAMI @zephyr_tf @alpesh6363 @YadavUtd Could you please speak more on how to drop BG, I think details on it are overlooked. I wake up and from today I'm completely dropping BG behavior, how this would look like?

Form picture after a 1-year absence from sports, mostly gym. Weight: 82 kg - lost around 10 kilos from my peak form of 95 kg. Mostly lost weight from my long legs - chicken legs now. Before, I was consistently hitting the gym for 6 years, did some boxing, and overall just had an

1st time I realized it when I fucked up with flower for my gf. I bought carnations for March 8, but.... they’re seen as cemetery flowers. I called my mom and I really expected she'll be angry or something, but it was only kind of love, understanding.

@YOHAMI @IFLvvnar This is actually true about mother as well. Whatever I tell my mom she always supports me. And I feel like the older I become the more she loves whatever I do. If before she was demanding something, now I do tf i do and she always loves and supports.

When you're around 70 years old Do you realize that you can die any moment? Do you wake up and think that this might be the day? What do old people think about death? Just some thoughts came while driving. When young we don't think about death often, but maybe we should

@Stan_chentsov1 You want that they do what you want them to do without you having to tell them. You may do it yourself leading by example and even give some nods and have some convos but that doesn't seem to work. Now what? Ending the relationship seems too abrupt since you still see some value

After reading about these Synchronicities I started to notice them quite often. Some totally random things happens as one end connected for perfect start of the second. "The more you'll notice them, the more they'll appear" - Remember this statement from essay as well

a mini way of practicing “What do I care about? What do I wanna do?” at a daily sort of scale rather than at the decade or life scale is to be curious about what’s on your own mind before you check your phone in the morning, or after you wake from a nap

"If I don't assume reciprocity, why should I be good?" It's the difference between the BG and TG form. BG: I want that you're good to me so I'll be good to you. TG: I am good. Misbehave and we're done. BG behavior is manipulation. TG leads, sets you free to follow or not.
