Refreshing to see a pitcher dominate and then act like he has done it before. Masterful. Itâs a tired act with the growing trend of showing up opponents with screaming, prancing, stare downs, sword slaying, etc. Yea, before you bash me as an old fuddy-duddy, you would be correct.

Chargers lose 2-1 to Providence. Luke Kavois and John Skordas were spectacular on the mound. This team was left for dead 2 weeks ago and kept working each and every day. Our program has one goal and thatâs to be at our best on day 1 of the playoffs. I think we proved that.

Chargers win 4-1 over LWW to win the regional at home. Luke Kavois was tremendous in his first start of the year, going 5.2 and giving up 0 runs. Andrew Speh had 2 RBI and finished the game on the mound. Clutch bunts by Ralph Jones and Jasper Wills led to a 3 run inning.

Chargers win 9-7 in 11 innings. Andrew Speh hit a 2 R HR in the top half. John Skordas earned the win in relief going 6 and striking out 9. Bronson Sterling and Aldo Gonzalez each had 3 hits. Ralph Jones had 2 doubles and 2 runs scored
