We've got a collection of fidget toys, lights and smells for the diffuser, along with a CD player which we can use for some relaxing sounds. We aim to focus on our senses, to help ground our patients and offer a safe space for them to express themselves. #therapeuticengagement

Waving goodbye to our ward manager after 13 years in post. With 39 years of NHS service, we can safely say we will miss her experience, true passion and advocacy for those struggling with mental illness. Happy retirement Emma, the ward will definitely be quiet without you 🍾👩🏽⚕️🎊
