From Sr. Kathryn James: 40 years ago, when I had been a Daughter of St Paul for only a year, I went in to the hospital for a simple outpatient operation. Afterwards, my doctor told me that I had suffered a stroke, and was wheeled down a long hallway and into another building. 1/3

The day of my final vows the Sisters surprised me by making 1,000 cranes! Because the cranes are handmade, no 2 are exactly alike, just like each Sister is unique! The cranes remind me of God’s creative love for each Sister & the beauty in calling us together. -Sr. Emi Magnificat
