And I know that's a me thing. I'm reflecting on a lifetime of feeling slow, small, weak, and seemingly unattractive, but that doesn't make it easier. So I just wanna say if anyone else feels that way, even if they work really hard not to, I get it. Not liking yourself is hard.

Despite working for years just to improve my own self image, sometimes I still just feel miserable looking at myself in mirrors. Some days I feel small and weak. Other days I feel fat and gross, and no amount of external validation seems to have any real effect.
Body dysmorphia is crazy, because why did I just spend literally 30 minutes staring at myself in a fitting room mirror deciding if I thought my butt looked okay in the jeans I was trying on that felt and looked really good otherwise?
