I could get someone to help, but that would require either having someone come over to help or taking my entire PC over to someplace else. And I sure as hell don’t trust my dad to help me with my PC. In other words, I’m fucked right now.

Decided to work on my PC more. Did more tests. Likely either a PSU or motherboard issue. But now I need to do some disconnecting of parts which for me is not only risky but also impossible. At least when it comes to me personally.

Forgot to post this yesterday, but nvm. At least I’m getting closer to figuring out the cause.
Fixed my PC problem. It turns out that it wasn't an issue with the PC itself, but with the power that I have in my room. Should've guessed from the fact that... 1. I had similar issues with my phone & GBA chargers. 2. The PC immediately turned back on after I moved the PSU wire!
