Forgot to post this yesterday, but nvm. At least I’m getting closer to figuring out the cause.
Fixed my PC problem. It turns out that it wasn't an issue with the PC itself, but with the power that I have in my room. Should've guessed from the fact that... 1. I had similar issues with my phone & GBA chargers. 2. The PC immediately turned back on after I moved the PSU wire!
